The Mission

The mission of The Brent Varner Project is to prolong and improve the lives of performing artists without health insurance who require HIV medical services. It does this by providing direct medical services through participating physicians. This allows these artists to both continue to pursue their careers and inspire others with their work. Additionally, part of its mission is to create opportunities for artists to showcase their talents. This will allow each to leave an "artistic legacy" as the funds raised by these productions will go directly to the project to continue its medical mission. Each summer now, for the past two, a fundraiser, known as "IndepenDance" has been held with this purpose in mind.
